At Goblin’s Closet, we are committed to providing premium quality streetwear and ensuring a hassle-free shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

• Each product comes with a security seal tag. If the seal tag is removed or tampered with, the item will not be eligible for return or exchange.

• The original packaging must be intact.

How to Initiate a Return:

• Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order details.

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

• Refunds or exchanges will be processed after the product passes our quality check.

Important Notes:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable as they are applied each time an order is placed.

• Returns due to size issues are accepted only if the security seal is intact. Please refer to our Size Guide before purchasing.
