Delivery Timelines

• Standard delivery time: 3–7 business days for most metro and urban locations.

• Remote or rural areas may take 7–10 business days.

• Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• We charge a shipping fee of ₹100 for orders up to 1 item, ₹80 for 1–2 items, and offer free shipping on 2 or more items or on orders above ₹1,499.

• Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Tracking Your Order

• Once shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with your tracking details.

• You can track your package directly through the Shiprocket tracking link provided.

Failed Deliveries

• If delivery is attempted and unsuccessful (due to incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or unresponsive contact), the package may be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are delivered only within India.
